    Vacuum regulators with external leakage

    • Adjustment of a constant vacuum level when handling workpieces with varying air permeability or leakage
    • Use as a safety valve for dry-running rotary vane vacuum pumps operating continuously at maximum vacuum
    • Automatic vacuum regulation by controlled air admission once the preset vacuum level is reached
    • Manual fine adjustment via fine thread, with mechanical opening by spring force
    • Easy setting of the vacuum threshold:
      • Turning in the plus (+) direction increases the vacuum threshold at which ambient air is admitted
      • Turning in the minus (–) direction reduces the vacuum threshold
    • Available on request as a safety / vacuum relief valve for side channel blowers (valve diameter and blower inlet diameter must match)

    73.002: the upper limit of the control range depends on the volume flow of the vacuum generator
