To strengthen our team we are looking for a Sales Coordinator (M/W/D)

As Sales Coordinator you will be an integral part of our sales team, providing support to and communicating with our customers and field sales team, thus playing a key role in maximizing performance and service.

Your Tasks:

• Order Processing tasks as confirming PO’s and sending Order Confirmations
• Create quotations for customers
• Capture, maintenance and management of customer and order information in the system
• Respond to any customer inquiries for applications where they need technical advise
• Responsible for timely responses to all customer inquiries
• Day to day communication and support with customers and sales team
• Assist Field sales with campaigns and customer acquisition
• Follow up order and project status

Your Profile:

• Technical Bachelor degree
• Ideally previous inside sales experience of 3 years
• Experience in inside sales within industrial automation, or industrial equipment industry
• Experienced handling of ERP systems and Windows applications (especially MS Excel & Access)
• Knowledge of the technical / industrial industry is a plus
• Strong communicator, open and team player with passion for sales
• Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
