Purposes of the processing:
We process the personal data from your application email solely for the purpose of processing your application.

Legal basis for processing:
Within the scope of these purposes, applicant data is generally processed by FIPA to initiate a possible employment relationship in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR.

The following personal data is processed:

5. Recipients or categories of recipients of the personal data
Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The data will only be processed by our HR department as part of your application.

6. Transfer of personal data to a third country
Your data will not be transferred to a third country.

7. Duration of storage of personal data
FIPA processes applicant data, if necessary, for the duration of the entire employment relationship (from the application to the termination of the employment relationship) and beyond in accordance with the statutory retention and documentation obligations.

If FIPA does not conclude an employment contract, the applicant data will be deleted after 6 months at the latest, provided there are no other legitimate interests or the applicant's consent.

For further information on the storage period of personal data at FIPA, the external data protection officer is available to provide information to applicants.

8. Rights of data subjects

According to the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

• If your personal data is processed, you have the right to obtain information from the controller about the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
• If incorrect personal data is processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).
• If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to the processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
• You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
